When you send a booking request ("Rent Now"), the contact form or a message to our chat assistant, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the car, your pick-up and return dates and times, and any note or message.

We use this information only to answer you, arrange and confirm your rental, and contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google tags (Google Analytics and Google Ads) record pages you view and actions such as opening a car's page or sending a booking request. This helps us see which ads work and show our ads to people who may be interested.
• When you arrive from one of our ads, we note which ad or campaign brought you, and keep it with your booking request.

When you send a booking request or the contact form, we may also share your email address and phone number with Meta in an encrypted (hashed) form, so Meta can match the request to the ad you saw. Meta and Google handle this data under their own privacy policies.

Chat assistant

Messages you type into the chat assistant are processed by an AI service provider to generate replies, and are kept only for the length of your chat session.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business (hosting, image storage, analytics and advertising platforms, messaging), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
