Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Dynasty Prestige services ("we", "our", "the company"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Dynasty Prestige ofrece servicios de alquiler de coches de lujo y superdeportivos en Dubai, Emiratos Árabes Unidos. Todos los vehículos están sujetos a disponibilidad y se reservan por orden de solicitud.
3. Rental Requirements
3.1. Age and License
- The driver must be at least 25 years old
- Hold a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of experience
- Provide official identification (passport or national ID)
3.2. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required and varies by vehicle. This deposit will be held on your card and released after the vehicle is returned in proper condition.
4. Reservations and Payments
4.1. Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website or direct contact. All reservations are subject to confirmation by Dynasty Prestige.
4.2. Payments
- Full payment must be completed before vehicle delivery
- We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link
- Prices include basic insurance. Additional coverage may be available
4.3. Cancellations
- Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: full refund
- Cancellation 3-7 days in advance: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days in advance: no refund
5. Vehicle Use
5.1. Restrictions
- The vehicle may only be driven by the authorized driver
- No smoking inside the vehicle
- No transporting animals without prior authorization
- No use of the vehicle for illegal activities or racing
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
5.2. Maintenance and Fuel
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.
6. Insurance and Liability
6.1. Insurance Coverage
All vehicles include basic liability insurance. The customer is responsible for any damage exceeding the deductible.
6.2. Damages and Liability
- The customer is responsible for all vehicle damage during the rental period
- Damage must be reported immediately to Dynasty Prestige
- Additional charges apply for damage, lost keys, or excessive cleaning
7. Vehicle Return
- The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time
- Late returns are subject to additional charges
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered
- A vehicle inspection will be performed at the time of return
8. Limitation of Liability
Dynasty Prestige will not be responsible for:
- Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
- Traffic fines or violations committed by the customer
9. Data Protection
By using our services, you agree that Dynasty Prestige processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used solely to manage your reservation and improve our services.
10. Changes to the Terms
Dynasty Prestige reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately after publication on our website.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Estos Términos y Condiciones se rigen por la legislación de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los juzgados competentes de Dubai.
